Guest rooms that feel just right

A guest decides in seconds whether a room feels right. Quiet, individually controlled cooling is one of the cheapest ways to protect your reviews — and your occupancy through a warm summer.

What this sector needs

Designed around how the building is actually used

01

Noise ruins a night

A noisy unit is worse than no unit. We specify low-noise indoor units and look hard at outdoor unit positions near guest rooms.

02

Refurbishment in stages

Rooms go out of service a floor at a time. We plan installs around your occupancy calendar and keep corridors and other rooms trading.

03

Guests leave units on full

Per-room control with sensible limits and occupancy sensing keeps bills down without guests noticing a compromise.

Systems we specify

The right hardware for the room, not a one-system answer

VRF with room units

One outdoor plant serving individually controlled units in each room — the standard for larger hotels.

Wall-mounted splits

The practical choice for guest houses and small hotels, with a clean install above the bed or on a side wall.

Concealed ducted

For refurbishment schemes where guests should see nothing at all, with slot diffusers in a new ceiling.

Example installations

How a project here comes together

Typical commercial projects of this size and shape from our work across Devon and the South West.

12-room guest house

Room-by-room wall units on three outdoor units, installed floor by floor over successive low-occupancy weeks.

Full occupancy held through the season, with no room out of service for more than a day.

Boutique hotel refurbishment

Concealed units serving guest rooms and public areas with per-room controls and central monitoring for reception.

Front desk can see and adjust any room, and housekeeping knows when a unit needs attention.

Ongoing maintenance

Looked after for the life of the system

Clean air and quiet operation are part of the room rate. Maintenance is planned around your occupancy, never during peak weekends.

Common questions

FAQs

Can guests control their own room?

Yes. Each room gets its own controller, and we can add reception-level monitoring and temperature limits so guests can't run a unit all day with the window open.

How do you avoid disturbing guests?

We work room by room within your out-of-service schedule, and central plant work is planned for quiet periods or overnight.

Will the units be visible?

That's your choice. Wall units are quick and cost-effective; concealed ducted systems disappear into the ceiling for a cleaner finish.
