Eligibility & Exclusions

The following are proposed terms pending legal and regulatory review. This plan is not insurance and does not guarantee repairs.

  • Initial inspection required for existing systems.
  • 90-day waiting period before repair cover starts.
  • Maximum £300 annual repair allowance per system.
  • Pre-existing faults excluded.
  • Accidental damage and misuse excluded.
  • Refrigerant leaks and refrigerant replacement excluded unless specifically approved.
  • Equipment beyond economical repair excluded.
  • No cash alternative for unused repair allowances.
  • Repairs subject to equipment age, condition and parts availability.
