Do you repair systems you didn't install?
Yes. Our F-Gas certified engineers repair all major brands including Samsung, Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, Haier, Hitachi and LG, whoever fitted the system originally.
How quickly can you attend a breakdown?
We offer emergency breakdown response across Exeter, Plymouth, Taunton and the surrounding areas. Call us on 01752 936008 and we will give you the earliest available slot.
Is it worth repairing an older system?
Often, yes. We will always give you an honest assessment — if a repair is uneconomical compared with a replacement, we will tell you and quote for both so you can decide.
Can a repair be covered under warranty?
If your system is still within its manufacturer warranty period, we will tell you before any work starts so the repair can be carried out under that cover where possible.
